Why this petition matters

Implement The Peace Treaty Of Sevres August 10, 1920,  And Great US President Woodrow Wilson's Arbitration Decision,                                          Whereby Armenia Refused From The Treaty of Peace At Sevres.

Nevertheless Sevres Peace Treaty Remains As A Memoirs For Armenians On The Way For Reaching Fair Solution To The Armenian Question.

The Sèvres experience is still very much alive in the Turkish discourse today, and the “Sèvres syndrome” is a factor in current Turkish suspicions about American policy toward northern Iraq, and Turkey itself. With this historical background, it is
hardly surprising that many Turks fear a neo-Wilsonian policy and
American talk of transforming the Middle East.
The Treaty of Sèvres, which would have had immense implications
for Turkish sovereignty had it been implemented, was seen by
many Turks as essentially Wilsonian in inspiration, and part of a wider
American tendency to encourage Balkan, Kurdish, and Armenian selfdetermination
at Turkey’s expense.
